Carp Stocks

A stocking program is currently in place with 150 introduced early this year alone. The current stock is largely unknown. The largest capture to date is just under 40lb. Who knows what really lurks in the depths!

The reservoir

At 280 acres Weir Wood is quite a change from most waters. Although it’s immense size may prove daunting consistent captures can be the norm with the correct approach.

Testimonials

Anthony P

“After a break of around 6 years I got back into carp fishing. After fishing day ticket waters I needed a new challenge. What a stunning place to be part of and the chance of large unknown carp. Everyone I have met so far have been friendly and helpful. In a word…brilliant!”
